Day of Your Tour – FAQ

📍 Where do we meet?

For example  tours in Würzburg, the meeting point is the Four Tubes Fountain (Vierröhrenbrunnen) in front of the Rathaus.

Each tour and city has their own meeting points, generally covered in the tour information on the website.

You can also ask the chatbot “Where do we meet?” for more directions and information.

🕑 When will my guide arrive?

Your guide normally arrives 15 minutes before the tour. Sometimes delays happen due to travel or another tour finishing. Please wait at the meeting point and check your phone for updates.

👀 My guide is not here - where is my guide ? – what do I do?

Wait a few minutes at the meeting spot

Check your messages (the guide may have tried to contact you)

❓ I can’t find my guide - I don't see the guide

Please call or WhatsApp us right away so we can help you connect with your guide.

⌛ I’m running late, - what if I am late - what should I do?

Please contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp.

Guides may wait up to 15 minutes if their schedule allows.

If you do not arrive on time, the tour will not be refunded (see Terms & Conditions).

☔ The weather is bad, will the tour go ahead?

Yes, tours run in all weather. Only in dangerous conditions will a tour be canceled or rescheduled - and is subject to no refund. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
